the beds

They had that they had spa tubs on Booked.net. That's the main reason why we booked here, for my husbands bad back. After traveling several hours and so looking forward to soaking in the tub we get checked in only to find out there's no spa tubs. Major disappointment.

The bed was comfortable I like the room I enjoyed my time in the pool

I didn't that they didn't tell me it was $150 deposit on the room after I talk to the receptionist she said when I check out my money would be on my card she failed to tell me that I had to wait two to three days for my money to come back on my card I will never come there again because of that lack of communication

A comfortable room with an impressive shower.

When I booked the room it was to have a spa tub, when I was checking in they told me they don't have any rooms with that. During the last renovation they removed all the spa tubs. You need to update you website for this.

housekeeping skipped us on fourth day of four say stay. Also, only two luggage carts, which are not enough for large occupancy periods.

The room was nice. Bed was comfortable

Laundry facility. Hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. My husband did 1 load of laundry and we found nasty cigarette butts in all of his washed & dried clothes. Being non-smokers this totally grossed us out!

Just an ideal choice for a hurried visit in Springfield with excellent value for money. The hot breakfast was amazing and made our mornings much easier. Remember to check out the scenic views from the pool area.
